The fun-loving team at XtremeAIR 5k has provided a way for everyone to get involved in a 5k and still have fun, feel confident, and get in a great workout! No other 5k races in Wisconsin will compare to this spectacular event! Everyone is encouraged to partake in this inflatable 5k obstacle race that is happening at EAA Aviation Center this summer. No matter what age or fitness level you are, you will enjoy this crazy-fun event. What’s the catch? You leave your negativity at home, and just bring your fun, non-competitive side to the park! Bring out your inner child and learn to have to the time of your life while running this bouncy 5k in Wisconsin. You don’t need to train hard to go for the gold because you are here to just be yourself, run (or walk) at your own pace, and have fun with your closest buddies and family members.

What to expect

On the morning of August 27th, you’ll feast your eyes on 12 giant inflatable obstacles that line the course at the EAA Aviation Center (directions can be found here). The first obstacle, ‘Game On’, will give you a heart-pumping warm-up before you head over to scale the 3 story hill in ‘The Cliffhanger’, only to then be presented with the ultra-challenging, ‘The Maze’. This obstacle will challenge your core and coordination so pay close attention to your balance! Last but certainly not least, ‘The Beast’ will take on a whole new height. At nearly thirty stories high and lying longer than a thirteen story building, this beauty will have you screaming, ‘Is it over yet!?’ while laughing at your best buds for thinking they had the guts to challenge it! That’s not all! We’ll just leave the rest up to your figure out for yourselves. Spectator seating is 100% free, and welcomes all friends and family in the sidelines to cheer on their favorite team! Teams are especially welcome, as they get a special incentive for 3 or more people in a group! Besides, what’s more fun than watching your best buds climb, shimmy, and jump and topple over inflatable objects?!
