5k Run in Los Angeles

Long Beach, CA
March 5, 2018

Long Beach

What’s up, Long Beach? There’s an amazing and one-of-a-kind 5k race in twon on Saturday, April 9, 2016. You may have previously run another Birmingham 5k race or obstacle course race, but the Xtreme Air 5k Obstacle Course Race is different than any running race you’ve ever participated in. First and foremost, our number one priority is for you to have fun. How can 12 inflatable obstacles spread out over a 5k course on the beautiful University of Montevallo campus not be fun? You will have to see these obstacles in person to appreciate their springy, lively fun, but for the meantime imagine these obstacles as a hybrid between a birthday party bouncy house and the obstacles on the TV show American Gladiators (or for those of you born in the 90’s or later, the TV show American Ninja Warrior is probably a more relevant pop culture reference).

This very bouncy, inaugural Birmingham 5k race obstacle course will have you laughing, smiling, sweating, and bouncing up and down with fun. Add a little (actually a huge) spring to your fitness step and try something new. This Xtreme Air 5k Obstacle Race is the hot new ticket in town! Who wouldn’t want to propel themselves up an inflatable mountain and then get to slide, slither, or even somersault all the way back down or run through an inflatable maze like a crazy person whose smartphone’s GPS directions program had crashed? And that’s just two of the 12 obstacles you get to jump and bobble around on—there are 10 more inflatable challenges that must be added to the mix to get the full Xtreme Air 5k fun experience.

Since the Xtreme Air 5k Obstacle Race often sells out before race day (especially for the more popular starting wave times), we urge you to sign up today. Just click on this button and our friends over at Active.com  will ensure the registration process is quick and easy for you.
